We are working with a Chemistry Research and Development company, who specialise in Route Design, Process Optimisation, Scale-Up and GMP Manufacture of Small Molecules.
They are looking for an innovative Senior R&D Chemist to join their Development team at their site in Sedgefield, County Durham.
**What you’ll do**:
As a Senior Research Chemist your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, optimising, and scaling new processes for novel molecules to meet client needs.
- Overseeing projects from concept through to delivery and supervising Research Chemists within the team.
- Attending professional development events to develop and refresh your skills.
**Your background**:
Experience of managing a small team and of mg to kg development of molecules would be desirable for this role.
