Job details:

- Installing and removing temporary traffic management including, traffic lights, road closures, signs, frames, sandbags and barrier to comply with chapter 8
- Maintenance of temporary traffic lights
- Manually controlling the traffic lights
- Pedestrian management
- Act as a gateman on road closures
- Set a personal example by following company safety requirements and procedures
- Ensure that you work to Quality & Company procedures outlined by the business
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, clients and local authorities
- Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by yourself and your work colleagues

**Requirements**:

- Hold either NRSWA Unit 2 / Lantra M1 / M2 / M5
- Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team
- Be drugs and alcohol free - we carry out random D & A testing
- Be able to use a tablet to complete all job packs - training provided
- Must be able to deal with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience within traffic management is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Flexibility is also required

Due to the nature of the Traffic Management industry the role requires flexibility in working patterns which would consist of a combination of days, nights and weekend
