**London Doctors Clinic (LDC) **is looking for a competent, organised and confident Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our growing team

**LDC **is part of the **Spire Healthcare Group** - the second largest private healthcare provider in the UK, established in 2007 with 39 hospitals and several clinics across the country. We provide Private GP services to patients across London. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to put their health first and we help support our patients, clients, and employees to do so.

As a Health and Wellbeing Advisor at Spire Bushey Hospital, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Health Screening Assessments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing detailed healthcare reports to guide individuals in improving their health and lifestyle. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual to expand their practical knowledge in health and wellbeing, while making a tangible impact on people's lives.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/ nutrition
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to travel to Bushey Hospital on a weekly basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Healthcare Assessments
- Explain clinical results and risk factors to our customers in an impactful yet sensitive way
- Offer an outstanding customer experience
- Give individual lifestyle advice appropriate to customer needs
- Manage and maintain equipment within the clinic to a high quality
- Help to ensure centre is compliant with regulations set by the CQC. For example, hygiene, confidentiality, customer service, health and safety
- Carry out clinical testing including body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, blood pressure
- Admin support and report writing following service delivery
