As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will have responsibility of supporting your team with the day-to-day activities FLT Reach advisable if you have one and counterbalance too if possible £13.52ph, full time hours per week and will be permanent after 12 weeks Duties - Service the production area to ensure there is no machinery down time - Picking and packing stock for/from production - Stock retrieval and put away - Loading and unloading of vehicles and yard work - Giving daily briefs to all team members on site in line with Warehouse Manager Health and safety. - Carry out regular inspections of your area - Complete near miss and incident reports Managing attendance - Monitor and communicate absence levels for your area/shift. - Conduct RTW as and when requested Leading your team - Lead by example - Treat everyone as equals - Fair and consistent approach - Encourage the team to be involved - Challenge and drive the team - Ensure the "warehouse safety rules" are followed by everyone working during all your shift
