**Role purpose**

The **Business Graduate/Apprentice** will support the day to day upkeep of the Business Management System, Integrated Management System (IMS), Procedure review, Monthly Statistical Trend Analysis, Supplier Pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and Procurement processes & reporting

The jobholder will support the Business Assurance and Procurement function in all aspects of administration.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Including but not limited to the following:

- Collate and report Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) performance
- Documenting trends from any Non-conformance reports (NCR’s) raised
- Assist in the update and maintenance of IMS documentation
- Support the action tracking process on IMS and monitor action close out
- Format SHEQ procedures and documentation
- Procurement Spend Reports
- Commodity Prices Reports
- Supplier PQQ Process

Relationships with key stakeholders:

- Business Unit General Managers
- SHEQ Managers/Advisors
- Project Managers
- Site Managers
- Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Business Unit Administrators

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications and experience**

The jobholder shall be a Business Graduate/Apprentice and possess:

- A good standard of educational attainment with a minimum Grade B GCSE passes in English and Maths.
- Very good IT skills including use of the Microsoft Office package with the ability to quickly learn new skills and become familiar with new software packages.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate to staff at all levels.
- Be able to work under pressure, be a team player and have a high level of self-motivation.
- Possess the ability to use your initiative to ensure new skills and tasks are picked up easily.

**Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality**
