**Introduction**: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Block Yard Operator to join our team. This role involves manufacturing high-quality blocks, managing production targets, and operating forklifts to ensure efficient yard operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Block Manufacturing**: Oversee the production of blocks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- **Production Management**: Monitor and manage production targets, adjusting processes as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- **Forklift Operation**: Safely operate forklifts to transport materials, load and unload deliveries, and organize the yard efficiently.
- **Inventory Control**: Maintain accurate records of materials and finished products, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting any issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in block manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
