**Role Overview**
We are seeking an organised and proactive **Project Coordinator** to join our existing Project Team in Redditch. This critical role will involve managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with our sales team, technical department, manufacturing department and customers to ensure a smooth workflow. You will also play a key part in preparing and submitting quotations and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage multiple lighting projects, ensuring deadlines and clients needs are met.
- Liaise closely with the sales team to understand project specifications and provide administrative support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and handling queries professionally.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between project timelines and production schedules.
- Prepare, raise, and submit detailed and accurate quotations, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation for all projects, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Provide timely updates to management on project status and outcomes.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Proven experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience within the lighting industry or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
