The Nightjar Inn, Aylesbeare has become the hub of the community with a reputation for great homemade food, amazing service and brilliant monthly events.

Due to this success we are now looking to expand our team and we have exciting opportunities for dedicated and passionate front of house staff. We are looking for someone with a friendly can-do attitude, eye for detail and a love for delivering great levels of customer service.

If you would like to be part of a team that is achieving great things and you have:

- Ideally at least 1 years’ experience within the hospitality sector, however if you have the right attitude for the role, full training will be provided
- Passion for providing great customer service and an enjoyable atmosphere for our customers
- Confidence in dealing with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- A great eye for detail
- A drive to develop and push the business forward

Staff benefits include competitive pay rates, a share of the tips weekly, staff discount across food and beverage, staff uniform provided. We are a small friendly team, who always help each other out where we can and regularly have team building training and staff parties.

Current vacancy is for Saturdays, Sunday lunchtimes and Quiz Tuesday evening (Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month - quiz night). There is potential to pick up more shifts if required, especially during the upcoming festive season. Immediate start available.

Your own transport is a essential unless you live locally as there are limited public transport links.
