Due to this we are looking to expand our amazing Industrial and Logistics team and take on a Sales Focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to help deliver our aggressive growth plans.

**The role of Senior Recruitment Consultant**:

- Grow and develop new and existing business.
- Negotiate rates and terms with new companies.
- Consultant and advise new and existing clients to ensure they can attract the best fit for their business.
- Forecast and manage pipeline and growth plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a young vibrant Recruitment Business who are smashing targets week in week out.

This role would suit a driven and hungry recruiter who is wanting to progress and push on within their career. We work hard and play harder. In just a few weeks we move into our new headquarters in Leeds, with fully equipped Gin Bar, Gym, Games Room, Gym and corportate entertainig space.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LEEDS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
