**M365 Product Owner**

**Salary from £48,196 to £55,718 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £62,053 pa inclusive of London allowance**

The London School of Economics is a cosmopolitan university situated in the vibrant centre of London that specialises in the study of social sciences.

Data and Technology Services has, responsibility for delivery of the technology components of LSE Strategy 2030, the School's comprehensive approach to continuing development of and investment in Student, Staff and Research. To enable DTS’ technology strategy, they are building a Strong Operational Core, which is defined as Shared Platforms, Shared Infrastructure, Shared Data and Shared Process all wrapped up in Excellent Customer Services.

The M365 Product Owner will be responsible for the product ownership and strategic direction of all M365 products.

Key tasks will include:

- Utilising insight from the suite of Analytics and other tools to develop, implement and improve capability and user journeys that help achieve strategic objectives using Microsoft products
- Building a pull for the service and driving real improvements and benefits from using the platform (evangelising).
- Aligning M365 products with the overall DTS Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and goals.
- Identifying users, creating and maintaining user stories, and developing and prioritising functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancements
- Creating, maintaining, and publicising the M365 Roadmap to assist in communication and management of products.
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of systems and software that supports the management of relevant Microsoft systems for the organisation
- Strong working knowledge of M365
- Experience of working with best-practice Change and Release Management processes.
- Demonstrable experience of Agile service management experience in running feature teams with Kanban, SCRUM or other Agile methodology.
