In this role, you will join a team of graduates on a structured two-year programme, supported by peer learning programmes, mentoring and access to industry leading learning material. You will be working across diverse teams, designing initiatives and delivering projects, which make a difference to our clients, and our worldwide community of Webhelpers.

There’s no such thing as a typical day for our Account Management graduate, you will gain a unique insight into the world of our Chief Client Office (CCO) function, who are responsible for growing existing client partnerships, creating value for our clients and ensuring that we stay ahead of the game. You will experience the organisation approach; to market our people, services and capabilities to drive business growth, working under our two brands; Webhelp and our consultancy Gobeyond Partners.

Supporting our Account Directors, you will help ensure the success of strategic business relationships through the development of client relationships and maximising potential for business growth.

**What you will bring**
- 3-year Business degree/diploma/or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- A highly-structured and conceptual mind-set with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task, set clear goals with a ‘can do positive attitude’
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, excellent written, oral presentation and communication skills; fluent in English
- An ambition to learn, absorb and develop knowledge and skills
- A desire to immerse and add your DNA to the Webhelp culture
