**What You Will Do as a Control Room Supervisor.**

You'll play an active role in the Security team, as part of a 24hr shift team responsible for actively protecting the whole of the estate, including its collections and assets; as well as maintaining a secure and safe environment for visitors, staff and contractors. In addition to play an essential part in incident response by effectively leading a team of officers and co-ordinating and escalating the out-of-hours response.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To proactively monitor CCTV for the prevention of crime and to ensure the Health and Safety of staff and visitors.
- To deal with fire system isolations and reactivations, after receiving correct permits.
- To efficiently respond to alarms on the access control system and dispatch officers in response to case alarms.
- To dispatch initial first aid response immediately and find cover for must-man positions as a result.
- To dispatch initial incident response to operational incidents such as lift entrapments, lost children etc.

- SIA Door Supervisor licence
- SIA CCTV licence
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
