Based out of our Market Deeping office, this is a varied role which provides an opportunity to learn & develop Sales skills, whilst getting a hands-on role in the day to day running of a thriving & innovative business.
The duties of this role are but not limited to; Attending exhibitions where required, Regularly visiting customer sites to introduce our company, Planning & booking meetings for yourself & the company Sales Engineers, Handling inbound customer queries, Getting customer feedback on orders, Exploring sales opportunities via both warm and cold calls to potential customers & Quoting customers.
This is a key role in our expanding business which if successfully carried out, could become a permanent full-time role in the future, with opportunity for progression.
As the sales person will be visiting customer sites, a driving licence is essential, however the company will provide a vehicle for use when working.

What your apprenticeship includes:

- A mixture of face to face and virtual catch ups with your learning coach every 4 - 6 weeks
- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
- Feedback sessions to discuss progress
- Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don’t already have GCSE)

At A S Controls you will be working towards a Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months.
- Requirements and Prospectus**Desired Skills**

Excellent telephone manner, good reading & writing skills, confident and comfortable dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face.

Ambitious, enjoys working as part of a team, Driven

**Qualifications required**

GCSE Grades A-C in Maths, English & IT are desirable but not essential.

**Future prospects**

Potential to become a full-time permanent position which can develop into a number of different roles across the company as we continue to grow.
