**Overview**

The warehouse administrator needs to be a conscientious and hardworking individual who can follow clear instruction and process and be able to work under their own initiative, in a demanding and rewarding environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and print pallet allocations for goods inwards.
- Manage temporary employee timecards.
- Support warehouse payroll data gathering.
- Manage packaging and consumable ordering process.
- Booking transport for Irish and EU shipments.
- Manage data, so that it is available to the relevant stakeholders when required.
- Keeping accurate records and be proficient in using Microsoft office and other computer programs.
- Be comfortable in understanding and delivering business performance targets and KPIs, and support process by completing the warehouse KPI dashboard on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Be able to complete and present other reports and charts on a daily, weekly, and period basis.
- Be able to work in a safe manner and follow company policies, processes, and procedures at all times.
- Support warehouse related projects where required.
**Essential**
- Previous experience in an administration-based role.
- Strong communicator.
- Great attention to detail.
- Be able to problem solve and implement solutions at pace.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, and IT programmes.
- Be able to follow and deliver clear instruction.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Be able to work on multiple tasks at one time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
