A full-time position has become available in a busy Accounts office.

We are seeking a person with qualities that include
- Strong understanding of the workings of an office
- Strong understanding of book-keeping and reconciliations
- Excellent interpersonal skills - to deal with colleagues, customers, and external contacts
- Excellent organisational skills, accurate and be able to work with minimum supervision
- Preferably have experience using Microsoft Excel and Sage but not essential as full training will be given

Role, duties, and responsibilities

An Credit Controller will be expected to perform, but not limited to any of the following tasks:

- Reconciling bank accounts
- Processing invoices & payments
- Escalate issues to the Accounts Manager &, where relevant, the Business Development Managers
- Issue copies of invoices/statements to clients as required
- Process card payments
- Handling and writing cheques
- Update and manage contact information on bespoke systems
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Data Entry
- Ad hoc Accounts and Office tasks as they arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30 with an hour lunch

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Colwyn Bay: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent

**Experience**:

- Credit Control: 3 years
- Administrative experience: 2 years
- Customer service: 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
