Please note - This is a remote home-based role, with in person training in Manchester

**Responsibilities of a Protection advisor**:

- Calling through to warm leads generated through our polly.co.uk and tom.co.uk brands to help to protect as many families as possible.
- Ask open questions and use objection handling to ensure you are selling the correct product
- Adhering to guidelines, and ensuring you are noting all information on the internal CRM
- Working to targets and KPI’s and ensuring you are self-motivated to exceed targets
- Ensuring that you are fully compliant and informing the customer of all relevant information
- Represent the candid brands and conduct yourself in an appropriate manner

**Requirements for a Protection advisor**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working in a similar role
- Display good analytical skills and ability to use multiple systems
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Confident and driven to succeed
- Positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection

Hours: 8:30 - 4:30, 1 late per week (12-8), 1 Mid per week (10:30-6:30) 1 in 6 Saturdays 9-4

Location: Remote, in person training on site in manchester

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
