We are looking for a Creche Assistant to join us on our exciting journey as we transform our business from Good to Great. This is an extremely exciting time for the business and this role will be play a key part in helping us achieve success.

The ideal person will be energetic and outgoing, previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
As a Creche Assistant you will be responsible for providing children with a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment; providing parents with accessible childcare whilst they make use of our centres facilities.

**Your Responsibilities?**
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for the children.
- Ensure the safety of the children is never compromised; always follow safeguarding rules and raise any safety or safeguarding concerns to the Creche Team Leader.
- Supervise the arrival and departure of children from the Creche.
- Deliver excellent customer service, dealing politely with any comments, queries or complaints and escalating these as appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the Creche
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Creche Team Leader.

Your Qualifications: *
- NVQ in Childcare; Level 2 or 3
- Paediatric First Aid Desirable

- Flexibility and multi-tasking skills
- A customer-focused, approachable and outgoing personality
- Ability to relate to the requirements of children from ages 0 - 5.
