An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Team.

As a Digital lead you will be required to support the Digital Manager in the management of the customer facing website, from content to tech to marketing.
You will be responsible for content, SEO and journeys. Working with stakeholders to understand their goals and making recommendation on how you can deliver them.
Not only this but you will become a SME in our digital platform, helping users understand how to use it, but also being able to identify issues and implement fixes.

You will get the opportunity to work across exciting projects and campaigns, owning and representing the digital team.

What you’ll be doing ️
- Working with the Digital analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and experience on our site.
- Working with the Digital UX team to deliver future designs, making sure requirements are understood, and how you can turn that into a brief for development teams / agencies.
- Working with our agencies to create engaging content that improves SEO and can be used across or support our Social Media team
- Understanding objectives from stakeholders and pulling together recommendations how this can be brought to life on the website and the best type of activity that amplify it across digital channels.
- Identifying ways we can improve processes for users or team members
- Problem solving for users and troubleshooting live issues and helping fix real time
- Learning how to use the tools we have, and helping others understand what they can do for them.

Experience you’ll bring
- Previous Digital Marketing experience including SEO
- Experience in content marketing and writing for web
- Management of project or campaign delivery
- Working with agencies to deliver against deadline and budgets
