Supervising Social WorkerLincolnshire County Council who are rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted are looking for Supervising Social Workers to join our Fostering North Team. The ideal candidates should have previous Social Work experience and an inductionand training will be provided.The successful candidate will join a settled and welcoming team where they will have access to regular supervision, appraisal and continued professional development. In return as a Supervising Social Worker you need to work wellwith Foster Carers throughout the process of them fostering children and young people and work collaboratively across services and with other professional disciplines. Your role will involve assessing, supporting and supervising foster carers in accordancewith the fostering National Minimum Standards 2011 and encourage carers to access their support network and services provided by the local authority and beyond.
