As Learning Advisor you will work within the Learning quality team and will support us as a business to work with external suppliers, growing great partnerships to deliver quality training to our colleagues.
You will be specifically supporting our external learning working with providers to outsource specific training/skills. This will include account management, administration, learner queries and quality assurance. This will all lead to driving a quality learning experience, supporting continued service improvement activities, and helping to drive the overall Learning strategy.
You will also have stakeholder and account management skills and be able to manage data and provide solutions to a range of stakeholders / customers. This will include maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data reported to Serco and how this then feeds into our wider data banks and reporting.
**As part of this you will**:

- Have regular meetings with our external partners to ensure that quality is being met and is bringing benefit to our business
- Update reporting/information from external partners to the business to ensure we have accurate information and reporting
- Work with procurement, as appropriate, to ensure contracts have been developed in compliance with Serco standard
- Provide best practice advice to internal stakeholders and assist them with developing high-quality requirements prior to procurement activities
- Analyse and monitor learner data from internal and external sources to identify any risks and improvements

**What you’ll need to do the role*
- Proven experience of Third party account management
- Experienced in the use of SuccessFactors LMS, including input and audit of data
- Knowledge of Ofsted / ESFA / Awarding Body requirements and associated paperwork
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively manage own workload, manage small projects, meet targets and fixed deadlines

This role will support activity across the Serco Group; some travel to other Serco sites may be required. Access to travel arrangements will be provided as necessary, in line with Serco’s travel policy.
