Head of Digital Marketing - Proagrica - Sutton / Home Based / Hybrid

Purpose of the Role
Working in partnership with Portfolio, Campaign and Data & Analytics marketing teams, Head of Digital Marketing leads Proagrica overall digital marketing strategy, execute our digital vision via global best practice, capture customers through their buying journey, enhance their experience with our digital channels and make data-led decisions. Head of Digital Marketing also has overall ownership if our MarTech strategy and owns marketing operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Proagrica digital marketing strategy - Lead, develop and execute Proagrica digital marketing strategy by aligning with commercial goals, brand and marketing strategy and customer needs to enhance customer experience, amplify messaging and drive a test & learn culture.
- Web strategy - develop and implement a One Proagrica web strategy to maximize CRO, including site migrations, integration and ownership of SEO strategy.
- Paid digital channels - ownership of all paid digital marketing channels (PPC, paid social, affiliate)
- Social media - owner of all social media channels, collaborating with Portfolio and Campaign marketing team to enhance content strategy to promote brand and drive demand
- Marketing operation - Develop and implement MarTech strategy, manage Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure effective usage of tools and adherence to workflow and maximize investment.
Skills and Behaviours:
- Considerable hands-on experience in digital marketing, inclusive of website management, marketing automation, paid digital channels and social media
- Highly collaborative and inclusive leader who is detail oriented, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, comfortable working in an agile environment and can problem-solve independently.
- Experience in managing MarTech strategy and marketing operations
- Previous experience working in B2B environment essential
- Experience working in marketing automation systems (Eloqua preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, delivering several campaigns at any one time, and not afraid to go beyond call of duty
- Highly analytical, confident in analysing and deciphering data and wider insights, for actioning new ideas (a test and learn mentality) and drive a data-led culture
- Proven experience in managing external agencies and suppliers
- Strong commercial acumen. Able to balance both longer-term strategic goals and the inevitable short-term tactical requirements.
- Experience working in a global team setting / across global markets
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
