Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a growing business based in Worthing with a Finance Assistant position. This role, reporting into the Finance Manager, is a key role in supporting the finance function.

**Duties**:

- Credit control - collecting and allocating payments
- Processing invoices
- Managing accounts related queries
- Maintaining purchase orders
- Processing supplier invoices, matching POs and recording on the system
- Checking and inputting expenses
- Ad hoc support across the finance team

Desired skills and experience:

- AAT Level 2 or 3 qualified
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, SUMIF’s etc.)
- 2-3 years of prior finance experience

Please note this role will be office based, you will need to live in commutable distance. For the desired experience and skills will offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
