A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist to join our Office Support Team. This is a permanent opportunity based in
the Exeter office working 8.00am - 4.30pm. Full or part time considered.
Stephens Scown is a leading law firm offering a wide range of legal services to clients across the South West.

**The Role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide a high quality reception and administrative service, so a friendly and
professional client facing and telephone manner is essential.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments, ensuring meeting rooms are
presentable, co-ordinating bookings of meeting rooms, arranging in-house catering, client walk in enquiries,
photocopying and general duties. You will also assist legal advisors in administrative tasks such as scanning,
distribution of both physical and electronic documents and letters; as well as provide other administrative service
as required.
**Are you the right person?**
care. You will ideally be used to working in a busy and highly professional legal practice.
The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and who is also approachable and
flexible. A ‘can do’ attitude, the ability to multi task and a keen eye for detail is essential.
You should be used to dealing with a busy and varied workload with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will be a confident IT user with good working knowledge of MS Office i.e. Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
