Cocktail Barstaff

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or bartending role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: £60.00-£100.00 per day
