Together We Can Do is a Blackpool-based charity supporting disabled adults through inclusive sports activities. We provide a weekly program including football, netball, 10-pin bowling, and multi-sport sessions across venues in Blackpool, Thornton-Cleveleys and St Anne’s. We aim to promote teamwork, improve physical fitness, and create a safe, supportive environment where all participants can thrive.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated coach to join our coaching team to lead engaging, inclusive, and safe sessions in a variety of sports. You’ll help plan and deliver both competitive and non-competitive activities that encourage participation, build confidence, and improve skills.

This is a part-time position covering two weekly sessions:

- **Thursdays, 10:00am - 2:00pm** at Blackpool Sports Centre
- **Saturdays, 10:30am - 12:30pm** at St Annes YMCA

Additional hours may be available to support events or cover sessions as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality sports sessions that are safe, fun, and inclusive.
- Help plan and develop our programme of weekly activities.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment in all sessions.
- Supervise volunteers and provide guidance to support their development.
- Set up and check equipment before sessions and ensure everything is stored safely after use.
- Identify and report any health, safety or safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain your coaching knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in coaching sports, ideally with adults or individuals with disabilities.
- Level 1 coaching qualifications in one or more sports.
- A positive and inclusive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety and safeguarding practices in a coaching environment.
- Ability to adapt sessions based on venue, equipment, or group needs.

**Desirable**
- Level 2 coaching qualifications.
- Experience working in the voluntary or community sector.
