Care Co-ordinator

We currently have an opening for a Care Co-ordinator to assist our clients' service teams in Reading.
Home is where we feel the most secure, which is why our client, established in 2012, is a market leader in providing compassionate and quality-led domiciliary care for clients who require one-on-one care in their own home, and you as a Care Co-ordinator can help to achieve these goals.
**We are looking for the following qualities**:
- A people person who is great at multi-tasking
- Solutions focused and passionate about providing a high standard of care
- Responsible for the rostering and management of support workers
- Ability to balance a number of conflicting priorities
- Logical, analytical, highly organised, forward thinking with attention to detail
- Proactive, resilient, confident and an excellent communicator - someone who seeks to “make it happen” and goes the extra mile to make sure it does
- Have proficient computer skills
You will ideally have relevant Care Co-ordinator experience in a similar role and be qualified to SVQ3 or be willing to work towards it, or you may already be working in the care sector and looking to advance your career.
You will also be required to work on the 'after hours' rota. To cover this, an additional allowance will be provided.
