**Nursery Apprentice**:
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0- 5years.
- To developing partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
- To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Nursery Manager. To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship
- To attend training
- To complete all assignments set;
- To work as part of a team;
- To liaise with mentor and assessor and prepare yourself for your assessment visits
- To help to develop and maintain good relationships and communications with parents / teachers and nursery staff to facilitate day to day caring needs.
- Liaising with parents in an upbeat and friendly manner, maintaining eye contact and a smile. Introducing yourself to those you may not have met.
