**Job Purpose**:
The role is to support the VP & Finance team in providing adequate analysis & to be the central Business Partner for new project related to HR and Finance Europe.
- Builds and develops relationships with the Top Management team to ensure a strong connection between financial needs and business strategy within HQ area of responsibility
- Advices partners within the organization, HR team and business leaders, by providing information to maximize the Company's results and optimize effectiveness of the budget
- Leads European projects with financial scope (i.e following Workday implementation)

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and payroll forecasts and report variances for HQ entity
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial payroll analysis/Bridge
- Responsible for defining & creating harmonized process across Europe to increase constantly performance and accuracy budget and HC wise.
- Ensure proper communication between all stakeholders (HR/FI/BUSINESS LEADERS)
- Partnering with business leaders to identify action plans for continuous improvement budget and HC wise.
- Provide training on the tool / define needs & enhancements
- TM1 project partner regarding FCT (including testing phase)
- Central Business support for new project (Workday) with financial scope. Ensure new HRIS tools match with Finance requirements
- Part of project central team testing SAP & Workday interface (to ensure stability of both systems).
- Provide finance support to IMEX leader
- Implementation of IMEX shared service
- Assist the HR & FIN community to ensure the respect of the HC and payroll guidelines.
- Be the trusted and reliable finance advisor for business areas of responsibility, providing expert advice, guidance to stakeholders related to finance topics HC & Budget wise.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 8-10 years' experience in finance / controlling role of international company
- Master Degree in HR or Finance (Business school or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel expert)
- Analytical, able to focus complex numbers into a meaningful analysis, ability to deal with highly confidential information and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
- Ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients, including Senior Management
- Deadline-Oriented, able to work well under pressure, has strong sense of urgency / prioritization.
- Good communication and cooperation skills in international environment
- Strong organizational and project administration skills
- Capability to drive project
- Customer oriented
- Ability to teach process
- Multi-cultural environment experience (matrix organization) is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English (working language)
- Knowledge of SAP/BW and SAP BPC of advantage.
- SAP HR knowledge/ Workday is a plus
