**Senior Recovery Practitioner**

**Salary**: £25,926 - £29,746 (inc ILW) per annum
Our client is looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated recovery practitioners to join their new and innovative service aimed at improving access to drug and alcohol treatment for people who sleep rough in London.
The organisation has over 50 years’ experience of delivering pioneering services. This provision, part of a newly commissioned Pan-London Substance Misuse Pathway, will combine their considerable expertise in substance use and homelessness. The team willwork with people who sleep rough across the capital to identify and address barriers to treatment access, engaging constructively and collaboratively with other agencies and facilitating pathways into services.
**Role requirements**:
- Experience of working with people affected by substance use and/or homelessness
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and empathetic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people
- Able to work flexibly, including occasional early, late, or weekend work.
