Job Title: Tutor/Youth Worker
Location: West Midlands
**Job Type**: Freelance/Zero Hour Contract/Part-time/Full-time

School of Coding & AI is a leading education service provider committed to empowering students through personalised learning experiences. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face and Online Tutors, contributing to the academic success of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting One-on-One Sessions:
Provide individualised tutoring sessions to students based on their academic needs and goals. Address and clarify students' doubts, reinforcing concepts covered in class.
Customising Learning Plans:
Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor personalised learning plans. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve understanding and performance.
Subject Expertise:
Progress Monitoring:
Regularly assess and track students' progress to gauge the effectiveness of tutoring strategies. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with students, parents, and the education support team. Report on students' performance and areas of improvement.
Adaptability:
Adjust tutoring techniques based on individual learning styles and preferences. Continuously seek ways to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Adaptability and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Additional Requirements:
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Background check clearance.
