If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Sandwich for a Project Manager to work for one of our clients who is a leading engineering instrument manufacturer.

In this role you would be working on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is offering a competitive salary, depending on experience.

**As the Project Manager your responsibilities would include**:

- Prepare cost and price build-up analysis using data in the company's MRP and cost models
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
- Coordinate internal business resources and third parties
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients/customers as well as other project team members
- Analyse the surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance market and key competitors
- Manage the Sales & BD demonstration equipment pool, conduct appropriate internal training and provide support to demonstrations, trails, and evaluations.
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Person Specification**:

- Working experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management software tools
- Budget Management & Cost Control experience
- Risk Management & Mitigation experience
- Process Improvement
- Leadership skills
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
