Basic Nights £17.14£21.88+£2 per hour
2nd 2hrs O/T After 8hrs £16.11£20.53+£2 per hour
Plus 2hrs O/T £19.34£24.77+£2 per hour
All Hrs Sat£19.34£24.77+£2 per hour
All Hrs Sun£25.78£33.32+£2 per hour
PLEASE NOTE: There is a £2 retention bonus for every hour you work. This will be paid out in December before Christmas, providing you don't leave yourself.
Shifts:
Days: 07:20 - 15:50 (07:30 - 12:30 Friday)
Mornings: 05:50 - 13:50 (05:50 - 10:50 Friday)
Afternoons: 13:50 - 21:50 (10:50 - 15:50 Friday)
Nights: (21:50-05:50)
Hours per week: 37.5 Basic
Overtime: Plenty of overtime hours on offer (currently).
Duration: Ongoing
Start date: ASAP

Client Summary:
Motherson's are one of Europe's largest contract manufacturing specialists for the supply of control & panel wiring, full systems integration, electromechanical assemblies and cable harnesses.
They are a large global organization having bases in various locations across Europe, Australia, India and America. The site in Derby where this position is based mainly supply into Bombardier Transportation only as a Tier 1 supplier into Bombardier Transportationwho manufacture new build trains.
Their growth and reputation are based on supplying innovative supply chain solutions, delivering value added on time programmes and providing extremely competitive turnkey designed products.
Position Summary
- All Sheet Metal duties including, marking, cutting, bending, forming, drilling, tapping etc.
- Ability to manufacture and build components from engineering drawings.
- Experience in TIG Welding.
- Experience of using thin plate metals, including Aluminium
- Working to various tolerances, 1mm - 5mm predominantly
- Using press machines, guillotines etc.
