We are recruiting for a leading lifestyle brand offering its customers mens, ladies and children clothing and footwear. They are a market leader within their retail sector offering its customer the very best in their selection of products, customer serviceand staff product knowledge. We are currently recruiting for a rare opportunity within this company for a Technical Representative who will be passionate about Sports, Product Knowledge, wellbeing and excellent communication skills to work across the ROI market,supporting the Wholesale side of the business.

They have an amazing culture and really value their people - we are looking for dynamic Trainer to come on board who have the energy and enthusiasm that would be the driving force in supporting the Wholesalers stocking their brand across ROI on all thingsProduct knowledge and how best to communicate the products to their customers.

We are looking to speak with experienced Store Managers or Deputy Managers from the Retail sector who are passionate about product knowledge and have a natural love for Sports and training or alternatively seeking for an individual coming from the a WholesaleBrand Representative role with a good understanding on how to delivery excellent training to the businesses representatives across the ROI market. This branded sports retailer currently has around 90 wholesale suppliers of their product at present in ROI.

**Must Have's**:

- You will currently hold a degree is Business Administation, Marketing or Sports Science
- Hold a full Drivers License
- Experience in retail or Marketing at Store Manager, Deputy Manager, Trainer or Marketing level.

**Overall Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Excellent organisational stkills and diary management to ensure you manage your geographical area effectively.
- Communication is key in this role, ability to be creative on how you delivery the training to your wholesale clients.
- Exceptional ability to absorb product knowledge and delviering this to the wholessale suppliers.
- Follow the activity plan agreed with DTC, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the territories assigned.
- Provide high-quality training to stores' staff and support all the activities assigned such us Sales support, basics Visual Merchandising activities, support Marketing initiatives, including interacting with customers.
- Contribute to maximize direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.
- Explain the engaging brand history, culture and values of the company.
- Be perceived as an expert: knowing the competition is also key.
- Create best atmosphere and relationship in all the activities and with all the people who you will be interacting with.
- Report all the activities by using the templates & tools provided.
- Be prepared and eager to learn at the regular meetings and seasonal trainings provided by the company.
