Care Assistant for the Elderly

We currently have 2 positions available.

7am-12 noon, 17.5 hours per week over a 2 week rota with every other weekend off.

6pm-10pm, 14 hours per week over a 2 week rota with every other weekend off.

Scope for overtime covering holidays and sickness.

We care for 27 elderly residents some of whom have dementia. Your duties are to include: assisting with washing, dressing/undressing, bathing. Serving breakfast/ supper depending which shift you work.

Applicants will need to be able to work as an individual and as a team player.

You need not have any qualifications as training will be provided by the company, you will be guided through the Care Certificate if not already held.

Applicants must be 18years + for insurance purposes.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: From £9.90 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Morecambe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: One location
