The Retail Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the National Accounts team and supports the team by working with internal stakeholders and National Account customers.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Offer administrative support to the National Accounts team under the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager and National Accounts Team
- Provide support with data and analytical insight into key business areas with a focus on sales-driving activity
- Provide Sales Support for the National Accounts team
- Administer the allocation process from a retail team perspective, including setting up allocations, providing insight/tracking on presell opportunities, and ensuring that all sales opportunities

**About you**
- Ability to establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships at all levels
- Calm and professional manner
- Good problem solver
- Team player with a proactive positive attitude
- A systematic approach and an eye for detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office products especially Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables.)
- Able to create Critical Paths and engage and manage them effectively
