ALCA TOOLS LTD are seeking to recruit a Telesales operative to join their established business in Herne Bay. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary depending on experience.
We are a long established engineering distributor supplying a comprehensive range of products to local industry.
As part of an expansion plan, our client requires a Telesales Executive to join their vibrant team in Herne Bay. IT literate, the applicant needs to have a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to a role that will evolve as the business grows.
Telesales Executive key responsibilities and duties:
- Make telephone calls to prospects and previous Customers
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Work on new projects such as new markets and market sectors, through market research and a structured plan
- Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Telesales Executive skills / experience required:
- Outbound calling or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate and experience in database navigation
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self-motivated, friendly personality and team player
A background in engineering would be an advantage.
