East London, United Kingdom MMP Consultancy Full time

MMP is currently working with one of their housing association clients in East London seeking for a new Clerk Of Works to join their business. This role is a Permanent opportunity paying between £32,000 - £40,000 per year depending on experience.

Job Purpose:
To fully contribute to the work of the Team in maintaining and improving our client's housing stock within a framework of improving quality and cost-effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver a full range of clerk of works services on allocated projects.
- To work in partnership with our clients appointed contractors
- To represent our clients on site to ensure that schemes are executed in complete accordance with the contract documents and technical brief.
- To monitor the progress and quality of works and liaise with the contractors to ensure that project targets and standards are met.
- To produce regular reports on the progress of contracts.
- To take action to identify potential difficulties on site and take/propose preventative action.
- To carry out other reasonable ad hoc duties to support Asset Management which are commensurate with the expectation of the post as directed by the line manager or the Head of Service.
