**Competitive Salary**

Due to ongoing growth, a new role has been created within the Marketing Team.
The role of Marketing and Sales Assistant will see you provide invaluable support to the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the marketing mix, with a particular focus on social media management. You will also provide support to the wider team where necessary.

This role would be suitable for a recent graduate, or someone who has worked in a similar role previously.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities - to include various content creation, promotional merchandise, events etc.
- Liaise with external organisations e.g. PR consultants, media etc
- Attend occasional exhibitions and events
- Ensure consistency across all marketing activity and follow brand guidelines including tone of voice
- Undertake market research activity as necessary
- Assist the sales team with a variety of tasks as required
- On occasion assist in other departments as needed
- Other relevant tasks as requested by the Directors and Management

No Working Remotely, this is an office-based role.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Essential
- Able to work on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for digital marketing and a creative mindset
- Good organisational skills
- Enjoy working within a team and alone
- Strong attention to detail

Desirable
- Previous experience in a social media or marketing role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative products is a strong plus
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Marketing or Graphic Design qualification

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, office based
