**Structured Finance lawyer 3-6PQE US Law Firm**

This is a unique opportunity to do both Derivatives and Securitisation legal work at a US law firm.
The focus is slightly geared towards Derivatives but the practice also does bespoke Securitisation deals. The team is lean and this a great place to work in a tight nit environment and have career progression as well work closely with the Partner and workessentially as there number two in the team.
There is no requirement to have done both Securitisation and Derivatives work just an interest in being adaptable to work on a variety of bespoke and high value transactions in these practice areas.
**Ideally you will have**:
- At least two years experience in Derivatives or Securitisation legal work
- Ideally 3-6PQE level but open to ranges outside of this level
- Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
- Strong academics
