Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the culinary industry and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
- Willingness to learn and assist in various kitchen duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour
