**Job Title: Print and Marketing Assistant**

**Department: Marketing**

**Reporting to: Marketing, Print and Design Manager**

**Hours: Standard Office Hours - Full Time**

**Purpose of the job**:
The main role of the Print and Marketing Assistant is to provide support to the Marketing Department.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Primary role to print labels for the factory in a timely and accurate manner.
- To help to ensure that documentation and label information remains up to date (requires cross-team liaison).
- To assist with the creation and printing of marketing materials.
- To assist in creating artwork for customer labels in conjunction with the Marketing, Print and Design Manager. Requires a knowledge of Adobe Software including Illustrator and Photoshop or someone willing to learn.
- To be able to proof read and error check your own work and that of colleagues.
- To assist colleagues within department re: stock checks and the reporting of machine malfunctions etc.
- An interest in design in any form but with a current or future focus on Graphic Design.
- To work as part of a team and provide cover for absent colleagues.
- To manage your own workload and prioritise projects.
- To develop an understanding of current labelling industry legislation.
- To welcome visitors to the Marketing Department and deal with them courteously.
- To cover reception duties to assist the Receptionist. Tasks include taking and redirecting phone calls, franking the post and ‘meet and greet’.
- Ensure company documentation is kept up-to-date
- Knowledge of the Food Supplement industry
- Experience using Magento
- Experience using Sage
- To assist with the purchasing of external print

**Other duties**

This is not an exhaustive list and the person employed in this role should be willing to undertake other tasks if required within the remit of the role.

**Qualification Essentials -** Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills. The ability to update Social Media. Have an eye for detail and an interest in basic design principles.

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
