Hudson Security Services is a family business, looking to recruit Door Supervisor to join our team to cover Friday and Saturday evenings. The venue is in **Congleton and working in a pub / club**, please check you can travel to the area before applying.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the entrance and exit of the venue to ensure the safety of all individuals.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to deter and detect any suspicious activities.
- Enforce venue policies, including age restrictions and dress codes, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and coordinating with emergency services if required.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or misconduct and taking appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, including reports on any disturbances or breaches of conduct.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving security measures within the venue.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems (CCTV) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- A valid Door Supervisor license is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.5 per week
