**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Provide barbering services with precision and attention to detail.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care and styling.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or barbering.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and recommendations.
- Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in hair styling, colouring techniques, and beauty services.
