Apprentice Marketing Assistant

**About The Role**:
**As HCR grows so do our business support functions Our marketing team are in high demand delivering events, online campaigns, developing websites, assisting in bids & tenders, and brand management across all areas of the firm. As the team has upskilled and reshaped, we are now looking to hire an eager and enthusiastic individual who wants to start a career in marketing.**

**As an apprentice you will work closely with the Marketing team providing support helping to ensure the team continue to provide a smooth running operation. You will learn how to complete the following responsibilities: -**
- **Support the delivery of marketing activity.** For example, uploading website or intranet content, supporting events, reconciling the job tracker, organising photo shoots, basic proof reading (checking contact details etc), obtaining information for business cards, inputting and reporting on feedback forms
- **Diary management. **This includes making appointments where requested, liaising with third parties, booking venues or arranging technology, allowing for travel time, and proactively spotting potential issues
- **Providing support for CMT reporting process.** For example providing blog links and analytics views for the monthly digital report, seeking values for won tender opportunities
- **Tracking marketing purchasing and invoicing processes.** This includes requesting purchase order numbers, communicating with suppliers, tracking invoices against POs for authorisation, problem solving issues, handling regular billings.

**About You**:
**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent organisation skills - you will be juggling a lot of balls
- Tenacity - you will need to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and this may involve chasing others for input
- Excellent eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes
- Excellent administration skills, e.g. using Microsoft programmes effectively
- Able to build relationships at all levels
- Confident demeanour, happy to ask questions and take accountability for your learning
- This will be a level 4 apprenticeship, you will therefore need to have completed your A-levels, but have a desire to be challenged in a professional environment 80% of the time and happy to complete your academic qualification for the remaining 20% with our training provider.
