A very exciting opportunity to join one of the most reputed and leading Non-Contentious Projects & Construction teams in the UK
This team advise on landmark national infrastructure projects and complex regeneration deals across the globe with national and international clients. These include private and public sector developers, institutional investors, and contractors across multiplesectors.
This team advise on non-contentious:

- Construction-related procurement advice
- All aspects of development through design and construction
- Asset management contracts and maintenance contracts
- Construction due diligence support to the Real Estate, Corporate, and Banking teams on acquisitions, development finance, and disposals

You will be working alongside and assisting fee earners of all levels and potentially supervising more junior paralegals.
- As a Senior Paralegal you will receive further support and training from the strong team. On offer is a flexible work schedule to include up to three days per week working from home, a fantastic benefits package including a starting salary of £33,000, healthcare,insurances, and 2 x annual bonus schemes.
