Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.
We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.
About the clients:
Electrolux is a white goods company. Their mission is to create better living, and they have done this for 100 years. They strike the right balance between brand building and ecommerce, having recently launched their own D2C platform.
The European team is located in Stockholm. This year they have bolstered their media team with new leadership and additional team members in order to accelerate their centralisation ambitions.
Zenith have been their global media agency since 2013, and this partnership keeps on strengthening every year.
This is an exciting Account Manager role where your strong operational skills and media planning, strategy superpowers will come into play.
You will be working very closely with our Global Business Director and Electrolux Senior Media Director, ensuring smooth operations of the account, supporting strategy development and driving best practice and governance with our local Zenith teams.
Your ability to multitask is second to none and will be called upon every day and you interact with all member of the team, you being the team connector
As a genuine people person who is digitally very proficient, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA markets.
The team:
The Zenith Electrolux Central team it’s organised across three pillars:
- Strategy: development of campaign ecosystems; strategy governance; media sufficiency
- Digital and operations: digital strategy and ad operations management; network management
- Digital performance: performance-led campaigns run from a centrally
The full team is around 15 people.
**Responsibilities**:
Multi market and multi-channel strategic leadership
- A global mindset as well as an appreciation for local nuances is critical - we want someone who can closely collaborate with the client and their creative agency in order to develop fit for purpose campaign ecosystems that will drive in-market success.With the support of the Strategy Director.
- The role also consists of guiding local teams in terms of media sufficiency, driving adoption and governance of the centrally developed ecosystems, and leading the network management, billing/invoicing and tools governance (with the support of the AccountDirector and Account Executive).
Stakeholder management (Internal and External)
- You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders in Zenith Global as well as local market teams. We have a highly talented and diverse team and support groups that allow us to do our best work. The person we are looking for should be able to manage up/down/acrossand get things done.
- In terms of Clients, you will interact with the EMEA media and marketing teams. Again it is critical that you are able to initiate successful engagements with Clients of different levels, expertise and backgrounds.
Business Development
- We grow by ensuring our Client’s businesses grow. Having a growth mindset is imperative.
- You will be expected to continuously spot opportunities to sell Client solutions that they need for their (and our) business to flourish.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to represent the agency in client meetings.
- Previous experience working across multiple markets and working with a diverse team.
- Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of digital (across social, video, display, search & programmatic) with some knowledge of campaign management.
