**We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team on our Kevington Midlands site in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. Hours of work are 7:00am - 3:30pm. The role is paying a annum salary of £21,320 + 5% bonus (measured againstproduction).**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Adherence to company safety rules and procedures, including recording of machine safety checks before commencement of operation.
- Operation of Control panels.
- Measurement of bricks to meet quality standards.
- Feeding of bricks into the automated process.
- Cleaning of medium & high speed rolls to prevent blockage and maintain feed rates.
- Continuous housekeeping during working hours to ensure that work area is clean.
- Handling of bricks due to machinery failure or product issues.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
- Ability to learn and operate key manufacturing and mobile plant.
- Willingness to undergo further training and development.
- A certified counterbalance FLT driver is advantageous but not necessary.

- Localised Health and Safety Procedures.
- Localised Environmental and Quality Responsibilities.
- Localised up-skilling.
