We continue our growth in the UK and are now looking for a **Customer Care Specialist** to join our wonderful team in Birmingham Be part of implementing an excellent customer service function where we can provide the high-quality service weaim for - all part of our plan to fulfill our vision of providing Friendly Homes. A safe and pleasant living environment for our customers.

**What will your day look like?**

You will be most of our customers’ first point of contact, as you will receive and connect incoming calls and keep track of the channels where queries might come in. You will be keen to ask the right questions to ensure you retrieve all information neededto provide adequate services to the customer issues, and therefore provide high quality standard for our service. Quickly acting on incoming queries and prioritizing the urgency of them will also be part of the daily to dos. And even though our company isinternational, our team in Birmingham is yet small, so there will be plenty of exciting and challenging ad-hoc projects that could include taking part in viewings, hosting customer events and much more.

So in order to be a perfect match, we need someone who loves to engage with the customer, and is enthusiastic about solving any possible issues that they might have. We want you who puts on a smile when you are on the phone, even if no one can actually seeyou, because you know that it conveys friendly energy.

Completed studies from High School or similar, preferably within service management or administration is needed, and we believe you have enough years of experience from working in a customer service function in order to feel confident working independentlyand building this function together with the rest of our UK-team. You need to speak fluently in English (other languages are also meriting) to be able to flawlessly communicate with all our customers. Having a tech-savvy mindset with experience from the Officepackage is also required, as you will be using these tools on a daily basis.
