Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Organisation and would like to introduce the following positions available

**Position:

Income Advisor**

**Location:

- Cheadle / Homeworking**

**Rate:

- £13.00 p/hour (PAYE, inc holiday pay)

**Length:

- 3 months initially**

**Hours:

- 37.5 hours p/week**

**The role will predominantly involve**:

- Providing advice over the phone to customers who are experiencing money and rent arrear issues
- Resolving issues with welfare, benefits, insolvency and budgeting
- Responsible for writing up reports
- Providing financial and budgeting advice to enhance customers financial circumstances and ensure tenancy sustainment
- Delivering a high-quality rent collection service, maximising income from rent, service charges and other charges through preventative and proactive measures
