They've been around since 1997 and they are are specialists in recruiting for the investment management sector.
**The Role**:In the Senior Recruitment Consultant role you will be primarily responsible for directly liaising with your clients and filling live vacancies. You will effectively train up graduates to become Recruitment Consultants.
We also need you to have prior experience of meeting targets and deadlines whilst managing your workflow.
It's important that you also have the following:

- Exceptional communication skills
- High levels of self-motivation
- A strong attention to detail

We need you to be able to liaise with key decision makers in a professional manner.

**The Package:
**The basic salary for the Senior Recruitment Consultant role is up to £70,000 per annum.
